AWP Safety is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in business process re-engineering and systems analysis. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, focusing on process optimization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, user story writing, understanding functional and non-functional requirements, and conducting various test cycles (SIT, UAT).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with geographically dispersed business units to optimize processes.
- Eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Facilitating workshops for requirements gathering and system design.
- Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Documenting requirements in BRDs as needed.
- Differentiating functional and non-functional requirements.
- Developing and executing test cases, facilitating test cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT).
- Serving as the point of contact for Dynamics 365 F&O, understanding Dual-Write functionality.
- Creating data mapping and solution documents for integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O, Data Warehouse, and 3rd party systems.
- Employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Communicating effectively in large group settings.
- Managing vendor relationships and contractual obligations.
- Demonstrating expertise in information systems, providing advice and guidance on action plan development.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and quote-to-cash ERP platforms.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- Staying current with customer needs and strategies through various communication methods.
- Providing leadership to team members.
- Collaborating with developers to implement requirements and guiding testers during QA.
- Assessing business process and system inefficiencies.
- Creating and maintaining issue logs, meeting minutes, and project updates.
- Strong skills in writing user stories and understanding different types of requirements.
- Ability to write and facilitate test cases and user acceptance testing.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in facilitating large group discussions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 + 15% AIP bonus
