Job Details
The KIPP Foundation seeks a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to strengthen how the organization works. This role supports progress monitoring, system-building, and insight generation for the Schools Team and Regional Superintendents.
Responsibilities:
- Systems and Tools: Design and manage core systems that capture and monitor progress.
- Monitoring Projects and Progress: Lead annual monitoring workstreams.
- Learning and Insight: Conduct interviews, analyze data, and identify bright spots.
- Communication and Reporting: Draft reports and presentations.

Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in an education system.

Compensation: $100,000-$118,000.
