Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Engineering & Construction Program Management team. This role supports PM teams responsible for various areas including Armor/ECD, IQGeo, Site Tracker, BOSS Order Management, Network, Transport project management, BEC, right of way, and fiber build. This position involves C Suite exposure and requires strong business acumen and data analytics skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading support to the Director within Engineering & Construction.
- Overseeing the development and monitoring of tools, reports, and dashboards.
- Tracking milestone activities for complex projects across multiple lines of business.
- Creating and maintaining requirements for tools like Smartsheet and Excel.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and meeting network readiness dates within budget.
- Creating presentations for leadership and C-Suite teams.
- Collaborating with network and business domain leadership to design future state processes.
- Communicating training-based materials to stakeholders.
