The Program Manager will serve as a key operational partner to the Sr. Director, Global Construction Operational Excellence, supporting the execution of governance frameworks, systems, and business process improvements across global infrastructure development programs. This role will focus on enabling scalable, efficient, and compliant operations for capital programs, with a strong emphasis on cross-regional alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Process Optimization & Documentation: Collaborate with regional and functional teams to map, document, and refine end-to-end business processes. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements aligned with strategic goals.
Cross-Regional Coordination: Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to ensure consistent application of governance standards and business processes. Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment across geographies.
Governance Implementation Support: Assist in operationalizing the global governance strategy by coordinating documentation, tracking compliance, and supporting the rollout of governance frameworks across capital programs.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Support the Sr. Director in engaging with engineering, construction, controls, and other cross-functional partners. Prepare materials for executive updates, workshops, and governance reviews.
Risk & Compliance Monitoring: Track process risks and compliance gaps. Coordinate with internal audit and partner teams to support assessments and follow-up actions.
Training & Resource Management: Develop and maintain training materials and reference documentation to support stakeholder understanding of governance processes and tools.
Systems & Tooling Support: Partner with product and systems teams to gather business requirements, support tool development, and assist in implementation planning and user adoption.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
- Extensive experience gained in a similar role within a global IT services organization.
- Extensive experience in project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Extensive experience managing data center construction projects.
