Full-Time Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Job Description: This leadership role manages and maintains five Turnitin Integrity portfolio products. It requires strong project management, technical, and collaboration skills to communicate with product managers, customer success, and engineers globally. Prioritization and problem-solving are essential. Time management and context-switching are critical due to the distributed projects. The role involves people management, including managing ICs, providing feedback, and supporting career development.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong engineering skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven track record in tech leadership, including hiring, mentoring, and managing teams.
• Experience with scalable front-end/back-end applications (React, Java Serverless, AWS).
• Experience working in a high-tech environment across multiple time zones.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and adaptable working style.
