What You'll Do
- Partner with our CTO to develop and execute technology strategy
- Lead OKR setting, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee technology operations
- Drive project management for strategic initiatives
- Build frameworks for team development, recruitment strategy, and organisational growth
- Establish data-driven decision-making processes
- Coordinate cross-functional strategy reviews and product strategy execution
- Drive AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives
What You Need
- Strong background in technology strategy within a FinTech environment
