- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of enterprise network architecture, data centers, and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Operates with a high degree of autonomy, seeks to address long-standing organizational opportunities, and effects change within design and our cross-functional partner orgs.
- Excellent leadership and proven people skills.
- Experience delivering and running large-scale programs.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and independently, utilizing data and facts to validate those decisions.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization and across all functions.
- Data analysis capabilities to use data to drive business outcomes and validate solutions.

- Agile certification a plus.
- The ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience that includes management and program management.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $187,600 - $328,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
