As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a visible, influential role—shaping go-to-market strategies, driving digital transformation, and delivering data-driven solutions.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Sales Enablement & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, lead pre-sales activities, and collaborate with business development and marketing teams.
- Client Delivery: Lead delivery of complex consulting engagements, develop and execute digital strategies, and guide the implementation of enterprise solutions.
- Practice Development & People Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to evolve our consulting offerings, mentor and coach consultants, and promote a culture of collaboration.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of consulting experience.
- Experience in pre-sales cycles and solution design.
- Deep knowledge of the energy and/or utilities industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Python and/or SQL is highly preferred.
