As part of the U.S. Client Marketing team, the Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for deepening client relationships through the sell-in and delivery of marketing services.
Support merchants, cobrand partners, and payment ecosystem stakeholders.
The Sr. Marketing Manager will be a seasoned individual contributor supporting a variety of clients at various stages of relationship development.
Work with external and internal teams to deliver B2C and B2B marketing programs and advisory services designed to grow client’s business and drive incremental revenue.
Collaborate with Marketing Services Business Development, Marketing Services Delivery, and cross-functional partners to develop and present marketing strategy recommendations designed to drive payments spend and card usage.
Lead cross-functional team of stakeholders to improve client experience and reduce Marketing Services costs.
Serve as payment marketing subject matter expert/advisor/consultant on behalf of Clients (merchants, issuers, fintech, and processors).
Identify and develop scalable marketing frameworks to improve speed to market, ensuring work product consistency, efficient delivery, and flawless execution.
Provide marketing thought leadership and expert project management skills to develop and implement marketing programs (research & insights, strategy, campaign development, delivery & optimization, and measurement).
Serve as Marketing Services Delivery escalation point of contact and own resolution of delivery issues.
Nurture, grow, and deepen client relationships.
Establish U.S. Client Marketing as the preferred marketing partner of choice among clients.
Experience: 10-15 years of work experience in a marketing capacity, authority in multiple marketing disciplines (brand, product, direct response, research, content, social, influencer, sponsorship, events).
Payments knowledge: Deep payments knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
Relationships: Accomplished at building trusted relationships with cross-functional team members, key stakeholders, business leaders, and clients.
Projects: Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex projects across internal/external stakeholders.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence in a highly matrixed organization.
Organization: Organized, with a natural inclination for both strategic and tactical deliverables.
Creativity: Aptitude to think creatively, identifying new ways of organizing resources and prioritizing work.
Direction: Ability to work with limited direction in complex and ambiguous environments to drive fact-based recommendations, solutions, and decisions.
Leadership: Leadership experience in agency and/or consulting roles.
Communication: Strong executive presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience engaging with Executive and C-level audiences.
Compensation: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour (dependent on experience, skills, certifications, and location).
