Full-Time Senior Mechanical Engineer

As our Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will be an innovative and deadline-driven engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Improve existing mechanical systems.
• Develop new product concepts and prototypes.
• Design and test mechanical and electronic automated systems.
• Design, develop, and improve electro-mechanical systems and mechatronic devices.
• Develop test plans and protocols, and execute prototype testing and design verification testing.
• Create automated systems and control software.
• Conduct research, document findings, and present reports.
• Develop design documents, schematics, and component specifications for mechanical parts and final products using 3D modeling software.
• Perform detailed system tolerance analyses to achieve desired product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Participate in risk management activities (e.g., DFMEA) and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences.
• Interface with suppliers to source and fabricate components.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• BSc or higher in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
• Highly proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and similar 3D modeling software.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong technical drawing skills.
• Bonus: Experience in embedded system design/programming, experience with medical devices, knowledge of ISO 13485.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and keep detailed documentation.
• Ability to work in a team or alone.
• Self-starter with a passion for engineering.
