About the role: We seek a Senior ML Engineer to build next-gen AI speech tools (TTS/STT). Focus on design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge TTS and STT models.
- Architect and develop state-of-the-art ML models for TTS and STT.
- Lead training, fine-tuning, and optimization for top-tier model performance.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate technologies into scalable products.
- Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and research.
- Collaborate with NLP researchers and software engineers for new algorithms.
Who you are: Proven speech technology background, focus on TTS and STT.
- 3+ years of practical experience applying ML to speech processing systems.
- Proficient in Python, modern ML frameworks and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Beyond the basics: Master's degree in relevant field.
- 3+ years of hands-on speech technology experience, specifically TTS and STT systems.
- Strong software development skills and machine learning model implementation experience.
- Proven ability to deliver effective speech processing solutions.
