Full-Time Senior MLOps Engineer

• Create frameworks to predict outcomes in different scenarios.
• Create customer satisfaction models providing insights into customer actions.
• Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders.
• Develop solutions in R or Python.
• Develop production-grade solutions.
• Work in Hadoop, Redshift, and Spark.
• Translate business questions into analytics projects.
• Communicate complex methodologies and results into high-level insights.

• 5-10 years in a data science or machine learning (MLOps) role using Python.
• Proficiency in ML Frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Experience with AWS Sagemaker (S3, Lambda, Glue) and/or Snowflake and Palantir Foundry.
• Experience creating reproducible environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency with software engineering best practices: version control, testing, and CI/CD automation (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins).
• Experience implementing model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and observability systems.

• Experience with Remote Sensing data and geospatial technologies.
• Experience with deep learning at scale with geospatial remote sensing data.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle across platforms (e.g., Palantir Foundry and AWS SageMaker.
• Master's degree/PhD in computer science or related field.
