Here's what you'll get to do:
Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and telemetry solutions for proactive performance and reliability management (experience with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities, especially around containers, databases, and cloud-native architectures.
Ensure security, compliance, and cost optimization in all platform solutions, utilizing tools like IAM, GuardDuty, and AWS Security Hub.

Manage, scale, and optimize multiple databases (PostgresQL + Druid) to ensure performance, availability, and redundancy.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline release processes and integrate best practices for infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Work closely with stakeholders to identify infrastructure needs and lead initiatives to scale the platform in alignment with business goals.
Drive continuous improvement in the platform’s architecture and processes, optimizing for performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform development with product goals and strategies.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

Demonstrated experience in managing or leading platform teams, with the ability to grow the team and develop talent within.
