The Internal Platform is a pivotal foundation accelerating product development with a reliable, scalable, and self-service ecosystem supporting the entire software lifecycle.
The platform empowers development teams to operate autonomously in 80% of cases, reducing dependency on the Internal Platform team while ensuring compliance, security, and business continuity across the entire platform.
Challenges: Understanding and integrating diverse technology stacks used by multiple teams, scaling and securing systems for increased traffic, and addressing platform drift across acquisitions.
PMS Integration: Introducing the Shared Platform concept to standardize technology, methodologies, processes, and ways of working across Practice Management Systems within the Docplanner Group.
Impact on Mission: Drive standardization, optimize scalability and cost efficiency, contribute to the evolution of the Shared Platform, discover and address platform drift, and develop, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across continents. Ensure highly available services, fix urgent issues, and optimize performance while supporting team members.
Skills & Experience Needed: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools, and AWS. Proficient in building scalable and secure production environments. Comfortable developing tools and scripts in Bash or Go. Fluent in English (B2+ level).
