Omada Health is a remote-first healthcare and technology company seeking an experienced engineer.
Role Summary: As a key member of the Platform Engineering team, you will design, build, and maintain systems and infrastructure supporting Omada's mission. The team handles operational integrity and DevOps processes, assisting other engineers.

- Experience in building scalable cloud infrastructure and working with talented individuals.
Impact:
- Develop and operate Omada's digital health program infrastructure.
- Build and scale the platform to deliver personalized experiences and support health coaches.
- Collaborate with product engineering, InfoSec, and other internal teams.
- Manage EKS clusters with redundancy and disaster recovery in mind.
- Develop and improve developer tooling, such as secrets management and cloud environments.
- Maintain and enhance GitLab CI/CD infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide team members.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience building diverse AWS cloud architectures.
- Kubernetes cluster experience.
- Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.
- Datadog experience for application performance monitoring.
- Virtual Linux host and volume management.
- Docker image and container orchestration skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- On-call rotation readiness.
