AECOM is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to lead eBuilder implementations. The position can be fully remote or hybrid at any AECOM office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of eBuilder and other PMIS systems.
- Establish implementation scope, schedule and budget.
- Manage the delivery of work products for supporting team members.
- Define implementation requirements and configuration solutions.
- Manage scope, schedule and budget.
- Define and document as-is business processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams.
- Define requirements for enhancements.
- Translate documented requirements into system configurations.
- Lead the discovery, design, testing, implementation, training, and rollout phases.
- Develop supporting documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management or related field + 6 years of related experience.
Experience leading commercial construction PMIS implementations of Trimble Unity Construct (eBuilder)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Knowledge of capital improvement program management and construction contract managements
- Ability to facilitate requirements gatherings
- MS Office including Visio and MS Project
- Strong technical aptitude
- Practical experience in design/build construction delivery
- Business Analysis Certification (CBPA, PMI-PBA)
Travel up to 25% - 50% may be required.
