Full-Time Senior PMIS Implementation Manager

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) to join the team to lead eBuilder implementations on some exciting and challenging projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of eBuilder and other PMIS systems for large organizations.
• Establish implementation scope, schedule and budget.
• Delegate work activities to supporting team members.
• Define implementation requirements and configuration solutions.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget for the implementation.
• Define and document as-is business processes.
• Provide subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate the systems and tools currently supporting program/project delivery and define requirements for enhancements.
• Translate documented requirements into system configurations and reporting metrics.
• Lead the discovery, design, testing, implementation, training, and rollout phases of software implementation.
• Develop supporting documentation (user guides, training materials, user acceptance test plans)

Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management or related field + 6 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Proven knowledge of capital improvement program management and construction contract managements. Ability to facilitate requirements gatherings and accurately document business processes. MS Office including Visio and MS Project. Strong technical aptitude. Practical experience in design/build construction delivery.
