We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Principal, Program Manager to lead complex, global ERP implementations.
This role requires a strategic leader with proven experience managing large-scale, global ERP initiatives. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders across diverse regions are essential.
Duties include leading the end-to-end delivery of global ERP implementations, managing project plans (scope, schedule, resources, risk, quality, and change), and developing integrated project/program schedules.
Responsibilities also involve coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with C-level executives, developing project communications, mentoring team members, and managing project budgets exceeding $35 million.
Minimum experience requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in professional services Program/Project Management, leading ERP Implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Proven experience managing multi-platform projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Senior/Executive Management and customers/vendors.
- Balance of business knowledge and people management skills.
- Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, CMM, CPM, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proven success in Program/Project Management, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Proven success leading projects with global teams (upwards of 100 internal/external resources).
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Business Management, or related field.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel both within North America and internationally.
- Skilled in managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and aligning diverse stakeholder interests.
