• Demonstrated experience as a Senior UX designer with management and leadership experience.
• 16 + Years of relevant experience with a relevant BA/BS degree.

Figma, Axure, Pendo, Jira, Confluence, Photoshop, Illustrator, FigJam, HTMLCSS, HTML, iOS, Sitecore, OpenAI, Respondent, Sketch.

• Mobile Design - Experience crafting mobile interfaces.
• Responsive Design - Skills in designing fluid interfaces.
• Team Mentorship - Proven record mentoring junior designers.
• Prototyping - Ability to rapidly translate concepts into interactive prototypes.
• Application Design - Experience driving the end-to-end design of complex applications.
• Usability Testing - Expertise planning and conducting tests.
• User Interviews - Proficiency conducting interviews to gather user insights.
• UX Writing - Skilled in writing clear, concise, and accessible interface copy.
• Visual Design - Strength in developing visual assets.
• Wireframing - Ability to create wireframes and low-fidelity mockups.

• A minimum of 14+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in Human Centered Design and Engineering.
