Full-Time Senior Product Engineer

We are building the fastest, most powerful customer support platform for the next generation of B2B companies. Some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies rely on Plain to consolidate all the channels where they speak with customers, collaborate with their teams, and speed up their workflow. We’re looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team and help us define the next phase of support tooling.

Engineering at Plain is about owning and solving problems end-to-end, from coming up with ideas to infrastructure and button copy.

You will:

1. Help set overall product direction, iterate on technical architecture, developer experience, and API.
2. Ship features to solve customer problems, end-to-end.
3. Work closely with our designer to ensure top-notch user experience, from copy to UI details and polish.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Proven track record working for product-led companies, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Excited about architectural conversations and driven by impact.
• Experience with distributed, serverless systems and high-quality, high-performance web applications.
• Comfortable building full-stack applications.
• Comfortable learning new technologies independently.
