Full-Time Senior Product Manager

We are hiring for two positions—one mid-level and one senior. While the expectations are similar, the senior role will have greater scope, autonomy, and strategic responsibility.

We’re building a world class Web Experience team that owns the full end-to-end customer journey on our website.

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the online shopping experience, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, engaging, and aligned with our luxury brand positioning.

This is not a feature factory role. You will help define what’s most impactful, not just execute a roadmap handed to you.

Your mission? To deeply understand our customers, identify opportunities to remove friction, and create meaningful experiences that drive both business growth and customer delight.

1. Define & Shape the Future: You work cross functionally to identify and prioritize high impact opportunities for the website, using data, customer insights, and business goals to drive meaningful improvements.
2. Champion the Customer: You develop a deep understanding of customer behaviors, needs, and pain points to craft an intuitive, seamless, and engaging online shopping experience.
3. Drive Measurable Impact: You take ownership of key performance indicators such as conversion rates, customer retention, and engagement, ensuring that every feature and optimization delivers tangible business results.
4. Lead Product Development: You oversee the entire product development cycle, collaborating closely with UI/UX and Engineering as part of a Product Trio model to bring impactful solutions to life.
5. Foster a Product Mindset: You help shift the team from a feature driven approach to an empowered, outcome focused product culture, guiding them in best practices for product thinking and strategic execution.
6. Elevate Brand Experience: You ensure that the website is not only functional but also a premium, high end digital touchpoint.
