Full-Time Senior Product Manager

Position Overview:We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with in-depth knowledge of the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch optimization. This role demands a collaborative approach with the Head of Product and senior leadership to spearhead structured, data-driven product development within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize and execute features based on business objectives, customer needs, and feasibility.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with QA, Design, Retention, and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with leadership's strategic goals.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release execution.
• Analyze product performance and user data to identify and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes in iGaming.

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in the iGaming or online gambling industry.
• Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Strong experience with structured prioritization frameworks and backlog management.
• Proven success in launching and optimizing data-driven products.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of product metrics and funnels.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with third-party platform integrations and post-launch performance tuning.
• Familiarity with online gambling regulations and compliance considerations.
• Experience reporting product health metrics to senior leadership and adapting roadmaps based on real-time feedback.
• Experience with SoftSwiss.
