Product Management at Gusto: We seek high-autonomy, entrepreneurial Product Managers to build impactful solutions for small businesses. Product Managers own entire roadmaps, from strategy to execution. The Product team is lean, and impact is high.
Team & Role: This role is in the Growth team, focused on billing initiatives. Responsibilities include: owning billing & subscription lifecycle strategies, identifying revenue opportunities through billing innovation, collaborating with engineering, data, finance, and operations to enhance billing infrastructure, translating business needs to clear product requirements & roadmaps, leading end-to-end product development, and driving execution.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of designing complex billing solutions. Strong knowledge of billing automation technologies and financial regulations. Proven ability to drive large-scale projects. Data-driven, customer-centric approach. Technical fluency and excellent communication skills.
Compensation: $153,000 - $191,000/yr in Denver/major metros, $186,000-$230,000/yr in SF, NY, Seattle (final offer dependent on location, experience).
Work Environment: Hybrid work model with in-office days in designated locations (Denver, SF, NY).
