The CIWF Public Sector industry product management team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to help expand Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) into new government mission centers.
PSDS is our robust industry customer service management solution tailored to the needs of federal/central, state and local agencies supporting their missions and goals.
We are looking for an individual with deep Product Management experience creating end-to-end solutions that meet the complex needs of constituents and the government agencies that serve them.
What you get to do in this role:
- Identify the right problems to solve, why these problems should be solved, and the capabilities needed to solve these problems.
- Create and align on ServiceNow's Public Sector industry product strategy, including build/buy/partner decisions.
- Work with UX and Engineering teams on prototyping and ideation of product features and frameworks to help partners and customers in target markets.
- Maintain and communicate the product roadmap while cultivating a continuous backlog to continuously deliver new features.
- Work with customers from numerous government agencies across the world and have true mission impact.
To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years of experience in product management building B2B and B2C enterprise products for a global customer base.
- Experience building, launching, and scaling enterprise SaaS products for external, paying customers.
- Product management experience from discovery to delivery at start-up companies and larger companies.
- Technical aptitude to self-validate solution approaches, assess initial feasibility, and drive discussions with architects and engineers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair sessions, host webinars and influence executive leadership, with the ability to work across multiple time-zones.
- Platform and framework systems thinking; a puzzle solver
- Must be a US citizen
Nice to have qualifications:

- Understands the nuances of government agencies and how they work
- Business degree or equivalent
Compensation: $137,000 - $233,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
