Full-Time Senior Product Manager, RCM Services

Datavant is looking for a senior product manager with experience in revenue cycle management, provider coding (inpatient and outpatient).

As the product manager for the Provider Coding pod, your goal is to discover and develop a solution for one of the most pressing problems that providers are facing today: ensuring they get paid appropriately in an environment of increasing costs and fewer skilled personnel. This work is about alleviating the burden of coding from providers by reliably, quickly, and efficiently taking clinical data and providing fully-coded encounters.

You'll be a commercially-minded product manager who can leverage components of our extensive product for other uses. An interest in coding, health data, and integrations is necessary.

Starting from square 0, you'll evaluate opportunities to build vs. buy, make the case for either, partner closely with service operations, and contemplate M&A tuck-ins. This is a role for an entrepreneurial individual excited to build the future.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Learning about the core business of information exchange/release of information in healthcare.
2. Defining the next version of the pod charter with the Head of Provider Product.
3. Shipping key improvements impacting millions of patients' lives.
4. Collaborating with the engineering team to define your workflow.

Required skills and experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience in tech-forward companies
• Experience in provider coding
• Experience navigating a regulated industry

Compensation: $180,000 - $205,000 USD
