Full-Time Senior Product Manager (Security Domain)

• Document and prioritize feature requirements.
• Engage with subscribers to understand challenges and help them utilize products.
• Define solution assets relating to security configurations and guided workflows.
• Work with product owners to document requirements and advocate for them.
• Assist in prioritizing usability improvements and new features.
• Coordinate the backlog across multiple engineering teams.
• Engage with engineering teams to drive delivery and quality.
• Create documentation, marketing content, and go-to-market deliverables.
• Craft and implement in-product user engagement experiences.
• Drive customer success initiatives, including product training.
• Create user experiences and ancillary tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• Basic understanding of the MSP/MSSP market.
• 2+ years of experience writing end-user documentation.
• 2+ years of experience with in-product user engagement tools.
• Excellent communication and project leadership skills.

Plus:

• Technical knowledge of security, cloud software development, and PowerShell.
• Understanding of the IT security domain.
