EasyVista is seeking a Senior Product Owner to spearhead the advancement of EV Reach (Remote Support & Endpoint Management) and EV Discovery (Automatic Discovery & Dependency Mapping). This hybrid role, located in Noisy-le-Grand, France, requires on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Product Backlog: Define and prioritize the backlog based on business needs.
- Translate Vision into Action: Create actionable user stories.
- Collaborate with Development: Partner with engineering teams.
- Drive Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning.
- Engage Customers and Stakeholders: Gather feedback.
- Ensure Product Quality: Validate features before release.
Technical & Domain Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of remote support technologies.
- Familiarity with network protocols.
- Knowledge of discovery probes.
- Awareness of IT infrastructure components.
- A plus: Understanding of time-series anomaly detection.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years experience in a Product Owner role.
- Experience with SaaS platforms.
- Strong project management skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum.
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in ITSM, ITOM, or Remote Support solutions.
- Understanding of modern DevOps.
- Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks.
