Essential Job Functions:
- Lead a team of 4-7 PMO staff.
- Manage 1-2 programs from concept to completion.
- Manage resources and ensure employee engagement.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Establish strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales for business expansion.
- Champion continuous improvement in program management.
- Foster collaboration and communication across project teams.
- Support Quartus's strategic planning activities.

Required Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or STEM field
- 15 years' experience
- Sensor payload system development experience
- US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance
- 10+ years in DoD related component systems development
Compensation and Benefits: Senior Program Manager pay range: $138,677 – $226,597 (base pay). Additional benefits and compensation may apply. Tier 2 Referral eligibility.
