Senior Program Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and versatile Senior Program Manager to join our team to work with a top client on new projects. The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects.
- Responsibilities:
- Planning and execution: Develop program scope, deliverables, budget, and timeline.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (software architects, engineers, developers, product teams).
- Technical expertise: Diagnose technical issues, provide solutions, ensure compliance.
- Project management: Manage escalations, assemble project teams.
- Reporting: Produce program reports and communicate progress to senior managers.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience owning complex projects across multiple development streams and stakeholders.
- Extensive experience with JIRA.
- Strong personality; willing to ask tough questions and drive issues to resolution.
- Experience managing large data-focused programs and projects.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and communicate status, issues, and risks to leadership.
- Strategic thinker with experience in integration and data platform projects.
- 5+ years of program management experience.
