Full-Time Senior Program Manager

POSITION OVERVIEWTED-Ed is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive the global adoption and expansion of the TED-Ed programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution and scaling: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple TED-Ed programs.
• Co-manage pilot program implementation: Co-manage the pilot program and facilitate its expansion.
• Manage key external relationships: Cultivate partnerships with schools, districts, and stakeholders.
• Establish efficient tracking systems: Create systems for communication and collaboration.
• Develop compelling narratives and proposals: Clearly communicate program value to partners.
• Support professional development efforts: Design and deliver training sessions for educators.
• Deliver thought leadership and advocacy: Represent TED-Ed at events.
• Monitor program impact and iterate: Use data to refine program design.
