- Translate schedule data into clear, actionable insights using Tableau and other reporting tools.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and executive-level dashboards to communicate schedule status, risks, and trends.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to gather input, validate schedule logic, and ensure alignment across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Review and validate engineering, procurement, and construction logic.
- Identify and communicate potential schedule risks, delays, and float path changes early to support proactive decision-making.
- Perform resource loading and utilization analysis to identify over- or under-allocation.
- Track quantities and progress using S-curves and other forecasting tools.
- Develop conceptual schedules from limited project information and apply rolling wave planning techniques to refine schedules as project details evolve.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.

- Experience managing schedules across multiple concurrent projects or large-scale programs is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience with Tableau or similar tools for data visualization and executive reporting.
- Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM), resource loading, and earned value management.

- AACE International certification (e.g., PSP – Planning & Scheduling Professional).
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving scheduling issues.
