Full-Time Senior Project Controls Analyst

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Project Controls Analyst to join their prestigious technology client's data center team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project cost management and financial forecasting for data center construction.
• Work closely with global construction teams on new builds, retrofits, and various internal departments.
• Manage project budgets and schedules within project management software.
• Develop monthly financial reports and forecasts.
• Manage vendor invoice review process.
• Ensure accurate quarterly accrual reporting and communication with vendors and Finance.
• Facilitate change order routing and review.
• Review project financial health with management.
• Update and evaluate risk registers.
• Financial closeout of budgets and vendor POs.
• Assist with programmatic initiatives, training, and alignment opportunities.

Skills Required:

• Experience managing cost and schedule in large, multi-project construction programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with cost control tools (e.g., eBuilder, Procore).
• Understanding of data center building construction is preferred.

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS in construction management or engineering, or equivalent.

Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year.
