Full-Time Senior Project Controls Analyst

Turner & Townsend is seeking an ambitious Senior Project Controls Analyst to join their prestigious technology client's rapidly growing data center team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phase.
• Provide historical cost data and assist in developing annual contractor purchase orders.
• Manage internal project budget/schedule of values in project management software for monthly financial reporting.
• Manage external project budget and communications in external project management software (commitment management, change management, document control).
• Manage monthly forecasts and cash flows, understand forecast variances, and develop monthly executive reports.
• Manage vendor invoice review process in invoicing software.
• Responsible for accurate quarterly accrual reporting.
• Facilitate change order routing and review processes.
• Review project financial health with management team each month.
• Management of Internal and Contractor Risk Register updates & contingency evaluations.
• Financial closeout of internal budgets and vendor purchase orders.
• Work closely with site scheduler to compare financial forecasts and risks with schedule updates.
• Assistance with programmatic initiatives, training, and alignment opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in construction and project planning for large multi-project construction programs.
• Data Center building construction experience is required.
• Strong collaboration skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with cost control tooling (e.g., eBuilder, Procore).
• Ability to clearly communicate financial status and schedule details from multiple construction sites to project managers.

Additional Information:

• Salary range: $120,000 - $155,000 per year.
• Full-time role.
• On-site presence may change depending on client needs.
