Job Details
We are looking for a passionate associate to join the innovation team at NielsenIQ as Project Management Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating projects and executing standard research studies.
- Accurately transferring client confirmed inputs into internal questionnaire authoring platforms ready for programming team’s use.
- Complete quality checks on research materials including questionnaire and survey links to ensure they are error-free when sent to respondents.
- Manage & update documents and materials across platforms
- Liaise with other client success team members, programming and vendors to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays
- Manage the sampling and quota requirements on the survey/router platform
- Adhere to strict timelines and proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome and/or escalate project challenges to ensure projects meet client requirements and are completed on time
