Support Implementation and Execution of Specialized Scaffolding Applications: Support implementation and execution of customized Scaffolding applications for Infrastructure, Power Plants, and Highrise projects globally.
Develop Scaffolding Designs and Solutions: Develop special Scaffolding designs and solutions from quotation to order processing. Provide technical advice for projects, focusing on cross-functional collaboration to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction, ensuring safety and economy.
Act as Technical Contact: Serve as the main contact point for Special Scaffolding Applications, providing technical knowledge and product expertise.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to implement company standards and support product development.
Ensure Knowledge Transfer: Mentor, train, and guide teams on Special Scaffolding solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer across different countries or areas.
Proven Experience: Demonstrate scaffolding engineering experience and a strong track record with international civil or industrial projects.
Develop Engineering Concepts: Translate engineering design concepts into customer needs.
Heavy Shoring Knowledge (Optional): Proven knowledge in the area of Heavy Shoring is a plus.
Customer Focus: Understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
Problem Solving: Solve problems using technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills.
Time Management: Prioritize, organize, and work within deadlines.
Software Proficiency: Possess strong design skills in AutoCAD 2D and ideally Revit 3D.
Contract Review: Review and understand structural and architectural contract drawings.
Statics Calculations (Optional): Perform advanced statics calculations (optional).
Educational Qualifications (Optional): Engineering Diploma/Degree (construction, structural, civil, mechanical) is a plus.
Language Skills: Excellent English communication skills.
Flexibility: Be mobile and flexible; welcome global business trips.

Minimum Salary: Minimum annual gross salary EUR 46,290.44 (full-time, 38.5 hours/week, group IV).
