Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Arkatechture is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Delivery & Programs team. In this client-facing role, you will lead Arkalytics implementations from kickoff through go-live, partnering closely with analysts, engineers, system administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders.

You will serve as both a trusted advisor to clients and a delivery leader internally, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of Arkalytics implementations.
• Partner directly with clients to guide them through implementation best practices and manage risks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements, track progress, and resolve blockers.
• Facilitate client-facing meetings.
• Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and reporting in Smartsheet and Jira.
• Drive adoption of consistent implementation processes, templates, and tools.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate issues proactively.
• Validate and challenge technical estimates.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in client-facing roles.
• Experience working on data-related projects and working with technical resources.
• Technical literacy with tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
