As a Senior Project Manager, you will be supporting the delivery of a critical initiative by ensuring teams follow best practices for software and product development. You'll be the process champion, providing critical structure and transparency on progress.
Working on a cross-geographical team, synchronous and asynchronous collaboration will be key.
This position is part of the Enterprise Project Management Office at ATPCO.
- Continuously seek areas for optimization and improvement, proactively building and implementing solutions, workflows, and processes to boost productivity and efficiency, and provide timely information for business decisions.
- Ensure all strategic initiatives have current business cases and defined measurable success criteria.
- Collaborate with product teams to resolve schedule, budget, and outcome issues.
- Collect adequate metrics on effort, efficiency, adoption, and quality to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentoring and coaching on lean and agile product development methodologies.
- Guide teams in expressing work in terms of assumptions, hypotheses, data collection, and decisions to promote a data-driven learning environment.
- Assist the EPMO with maintaining audit findings and data cleanup.
- Promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing among project management professionals at ATPCO.
- Align outcomes and success measures with management tools and outputs.
- Maintain EPMO best practices for product development and processes to improve development efforts.
- Support EPMO reporting forums by leading data collection and presentation.
- Enforce process requirements for consistent team operations and reporting to allow success measurement across all portfolios.
- Resolve cross-divisional prioritization conflicts and facilitate corporate-wide resource planning/balancing.
- Work with development resources, refine reporting automation, and eliminate manual processes.
- Ensure data accuracy for leadership visibility on project priority, milestones, timelines, risks, budget, resource allocation, and KPI measurements.
