Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate diverse teams, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
2. Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects following internal processes.
3. Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
4. Create and maintain a project schedule, including activity definition, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration, and resource requirements.
5. Monitor, communicate, and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk.
6. Understand a problem and work toward a solution by building consensus.
7. Advocate for the project team, ensuring they have the necessary information.
8. Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and facilitate communication amongst multidisciplinary teams and clients.
9. Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings, including agenda creation, discussion facilitation, and action item follow-up.
10. Adjust communication to various audiences with different styles and personalities.
11. Foster a collaborative environment and resolve conflicts maturely.
12. Ensure campaign and project deliverables meet client expectations and align with business goals.
13. Develop domain expertise in client's business space.
14. Work effectively with design, content, media, and marketing teams.
15. Support process and efficiency improvements.
16. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
17. Expand and develop new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning.
18. Information Security:
19. Promote and enforce information security practices.
20. Identify, assess, and report security risks.
21. Understand and evaluate data storage, processing, and transmission, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
22. Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS/BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.
• Strong digital DNA with digital marketing and AOR work experience.
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms and web technologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects and campaigns.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Google Sheets, Basecamp, Monday, and Slack (or equivalent tools).
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus.
