Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Sr. Project Manager will manage, support, and drive enterprise projects. Leveraging project management expertise, data analytics, and engineering knowledge, this role involves close collaboration with various functional teams (Operational Excellence CoE, Continuous Improvement, EHS&S, Quality, Communication, Human Resources, and Business Unit leadership) to deploy CPS and other business transformation initiatives.

Reports to Director of Business Transformation – CPS and serves as a critical resource within the corporate Center of Excellence (CoE) team.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale manufacturing projects.
• Provide PMO support across business units for operational excellence and NET CTO savings.
• Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets, resources).
• Track performance using KPIs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and address potential disruptions.
• Work with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams to define requirements.
• Collaborate with plant leaders to validate CTO savings and achieve results.
• Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Build and enhance project management capabilities through program development and training.
• Operate with minimal supervision, exercising strong judgment and escalating issues to leadership as needed.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business Management required. Master’s or MBA preferred.
• PMP certification or proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects required.
• 10+ years of experience managing projects and providing PMO support.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain processes, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing and standardizing project management methodologies preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
• Valid passport, ability to obtain travel visas, flexibility to travel within Mexico and the United States, and ability to travel on short notice and for extended periods required.
