Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Sr. Project Manager will manage, support, and drive projects across the enterprise. This role requires leveraging project management expertise, data analytics, and engineering knowledge. It involves collaboration with various functional teams.

The position reports to the Director of Business Transformation – CPS and provides PMO support to enterprise-level projects.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale manufacturing projects (new facilities, equipment installations, process optimization).
• Provide PMO support to business units for operational excellence and NET CTO savings.
• Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, budgets, resource strategies).
• Track performance using KPIs and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and address potential disruptions.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and leadership teams.
• Validate CTO savings and achieve differential results across the enterprise.
• Standardize project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Drive operational excellence through effective project management.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Develop a robust project management program and conduct training.
• Operate with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business Management is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• PMP certification or proven track record of leading continuous improvement projects is required.
• 10+ years experience managing multiple projects and providing PMO support.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain processes, and driving continuous improvement is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, MS SharePoint, Power Apps, Power BI, and PowerPoint is essential.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Must be able to travel within Mexico and the United States.
• Valid passport and ability to obtain necessary travel visas.
• Flexibility to travel on short notice and stay for extended periods.
