Position Summary
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Join Effectual's Project Management Office as a Senior Project Manager. You'll lead dynamic transformation projects, orchestrating customer success and team excellence. Manage project portfolios, ensuring initiatives are delivered in-scope, on-time, and on-budget. Guide teams toward achieving customer-defined outcomes, driving operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Project Portfolio Leadership: Manage multiple client projects from kickoff to go-live.
- Resource & Financial Management: Allocate resources, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
- Client Relationship & Business Development: Serve as primary client contact, identify opportunities.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor junior project managers, foster a collaborative culture.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years in Professional Services
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services
- PMP Certification and Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and/or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certifications
- Experience delivering Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization (VM) and AI/ML projects
- Strong financial acumen
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
