About The Role & TeamWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Project Controls Team. This individual will join a group committed to further developing and scaling Euclid’s project controls offerings.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide project controls expertise to solar PV and energy storage projects.
- Lead the development and administration of the master schedule.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project controls.
- Proactively analyze schedules for risk.
- Oversee third-party schedule updates.
- Lead schedule analysis and deliver insights.
- Conduct assessments of vendor change order requests.
- Lead dynamic schedule review meetings.
- Drive accurate cash flow forecasting.
- Contribute to enhancing project control processes.
- Collaborate on developing strategy for innovation.
- Support the design and architecture of new products.
- Provide support in hiring and future build-out of the Project Controls Team.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of project scheduling experience within renewable energy (preferred), or other relevant industries.
- Strong technical project control acumen and scheduling practices.
- Deep experience managing project budgets.
- Experience using scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Smartsheet)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, project/operations/construction management, or related field.
