Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a pivotal role in leading internal day-to-day operations and delivery for strategic, creative, and medium-to-high complexity tactical projects, from inception to completion, within a brand or multiple brands.

Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle delivery and management of complex projects.
• Develops project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, and change logs.
• Leads estimation process and provides project budget and staff plan parameters.
• Leads project timeline creation with stakeholders.
• Leads project kickoffs and status meetings, creating and/or reviewing meeting recaps.
• Oversees and develops Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Develops financial forecasts for proactive financial management.
• Facilitates monthly billing, analysis, and action.
• Assists with SOW development.
• Provides input to program Gantt Charts.
• Assists with change order creation and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years PMO experience.
• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred.
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes.
• Experience leading complex projects.
• Ability to develop creative, strategic, or technical project plans.
• Ability to tailor and flex processes for solutions.
• Experience leading diverse functional groups and project teams.
• Comprehension of project forecasting and reforecasting.
• Expert burn analysis and remediation.
• Excellent scope and change management.
• Comfortable with client-facing communication.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decision-making.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with project management information systems (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
