Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a pivotal role in leading internal operations and delivery of strategic, creative, and complex projects (medium-to-high complexity) within a brand or multiple brands, from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle delivery and management of complex projects (technical, strategic, creative).
• Develop project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, and change logs with minimal oversight.
• Lead estimation process and provide project budget and staff plans with minimal supervision.
• Lead project timeline creation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct project kickoffs and status meetings, create/review/distribute meeting recaps.
• Oversee and develop Project Managers (PM) and Project Coordinators (PC) in creating actionable recaps.
• Develop financial forecasts for proactive financial management (in partnership with AD and GPD).
• Facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and action (in partnership with AD, Finance, and Account).
• Assist in developing annual and project-based Statements of Work (SOWs) (in partnership with Account Services, AD, and GPD).
• Provide input to program Gantt Charts (in partnership with ADs and GPD).
• Assist with change order creation and management (in partnership with Account Services, AD, and GPD).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a PMO role.
• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience (AOR or DAOR) preferred.
• Advanced understanding and application of PMO standards and processes.
• Experience leading complex projects (technology, strategy, creative).
• Ability to develop creative, strategic, or technical project plans.
• Ability to tailor and flex processes to provide solutions.
• Experience leading various functional groups and project teams.
• Comprehension of project forecasting and reforecasting.
• Expert project and program burn analysis and remediation.
• Strong scope and change management tracking skills.
• Client-facing communication experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decision-making.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong decision-making and implementation skills (especially under uncertainty).
• Experience with Project Management Information Systems (e.g., Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Launch experience a plus.
