Full-Time Senior Project Manager

THE POSITION:Seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders throughout.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor and control project performance using KPIs and status reports.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and best practices.
• Devise and implement best practices for project delivery using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Demonstrate a commitment to DEI through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years proven project management experience in Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy industry.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience with CRM applications like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
• PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master.
