Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the internal day-to-day operations and delivery for strategic, creative, and medium-to-high complexity tactical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle delivery and management of complex projects.
• Develop and manage project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, and change logs.
• Lead estimation process and provide project budget and staff plan parameters.
• Lead project timeline creation with stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoffs and status meetings.
• Create and/or review meeting recaps and manage Project Managers and Coordinators.
• Develop financial forecasts for proactive financial management with AD and GPD.
• Facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and action with AD, Finance, and Account.
• Assist with SOW development with Account Services, AD, and GPD.
• Provide input to program Gantt Charts with ADs and GPD.
• Assist with change order creation and management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of PMO experience.
• Pharmaceutical or advertising experience (AOR or DAOR) preferred.
• Advanced understanding of PMO standards and processes.
• Experience leading complex projects (technology, strategy, creative).
• Ability to develop project plans.
• Ability to tailor processes for solutions.
• Experience leading various functional groups and teams.
• Comprehension of project forecasting and reforecasting.
• Expert project and program burn analysis and remediation.
• Excellent scope and change management tracking.
• Comfortable with client-facing communication.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, risk assessment, and mitigation skills.
• Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decision-making.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong decision-making and implementation skills.
• Experience with Project Management Information Systems (e.g., Workfront, Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Launch experience a plus.
