You will ensure our projects are completed while meeting partner expectations. Must have experience leading medium to large enterprise-level direct-to-consumer projects. You will work in an Agile environment with diverse teams, executives, and outside vendors. You will be transparent around successes, challenges, and opportunities. You will gather facts before making informed decisions and conduct yourself respectfully with colleagues.

You'll have opportunity to:

• Lead the measurable success of project development.
• Participate in Agile project planning to create timelines and milestones.
• Manage programs for a subset of the master portfolio.
• Contribute to a culture of process improvement.
• Agile coaching of business and development teams.
• Document, manage cross-team dependencies.
• Provide status updates.
• Facilitate project conversations.
• Escalate risks.
• Work with team members to resolve conflicts.
• Manage 3rd party vendors.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and four + years professional experience in a software project management or related role is required
• Experience leading medium to large enterprise-level direct-to-consumer projects
• Demonstrated experience using the fundamentals of Agile development including measurable process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, technical projects
• Experienced presenting to colleagues at all levels, including senior and executive management
• Experience using Atlassian application suite (Confluence, JIRA) desired, not required
