Full-Time Senior Project Manager

Finvi is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of our SaaS product.

This remote role will involve managing the entire product deployment process, from client onboarding to full product adoption and success.

The role requires a consultative approach, delivering a new-to-market product, influencing process & tool selection, and building strong relationships with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process, defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Facilitate client onboarding and product kick-off meetings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and driving satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation, providing regular updates.
• Ensure customer training and support, and transition clients to customer success after implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years experience managing complex SaaS product implementations.
• Proven track record of end-to-end software implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, cloud-based solutions, and subscription models.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Trello, Asana).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred experience: New SaaS product launches, Fintech knowledge (risks, payments, security), Smartsheet & Salesforce experience
