Full-Time Senior Project Manager

GuidePoint Security provides trusted cybersecurity expertise, solutions, and services. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll manage security-focused Professional Services engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of Professional Services projects throughout the lifecycle (sales handoff, resourcing, planning, execution, closeout)
• Regular communication with stakeholders
• Management of project issues and risks
• Maintenance of internal and external customer relationships
• Planning and management of resources to meet scope and budget
• Data maintenance in OpenAir PSA
• Management of revenue recognition and invoicing
• Project management methodology and process documentation
• Providing Project Management services to clients
• Contributing to Project Management Office team maturity
• Adherence to GuidePoint Security Core Values
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Minimum 3 years of consulting services experience or similar IT project management structure
• Direct experience managing professional services engagements for external clients
• Preferred 2+ years working in cybersecurity
• Experience in managing client-facing "X-as-a-Service" delivery models preferred
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project skills
• Advanced Excel for project reporting
• Proficient in Jira, OpenAir, Salesforce, or other Professional Services applications
• Experience with FinancialForce/Certinia preferred
• Mac and Google application experience preferred
• Experience utilizing remote teleconferencing tools
• Standard industry certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.) preferred
• Experience with information security positions and stakeholders
• Advanced project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects/teams simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial health
• Understanding of information security terms and disciplines
• Understanding of professional services revenue recognition and invoicing
• Demonstrated leadership of personnel and technical projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Strong customer relationship building skills
