Full-Time Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in our delivery organization, leading high-performing teams and delivering cutting-edge solutions using the Microsoft Technology stack. The role requires strong consulting and project management skills to advise clients.

The Senior Project Manager will:

• Manage large, complex projects aligning with organizational objectives.
• Develop project communications, set direction, goals, and priorities with stakeholders.
• Facilitate risk assessment/mitigation, and proactive risk management.
• Leverage project management life cycle knowledge and best practices, improving processes and execution.
• Manage project budgets ($2M - $10M+).
• Create and deliver Change Orders.
• Participate in Steering Committee activities.
• Provide leadership and communication to customers and internal stakeholders on project progress.
• Participate in ongoing process improvement.
• Provide first-line escalation for team project/professional matters.
• Lead teams in ambiguous situations, driving decisions while balancing priorities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in professional services project management.
• Proven experience implementing ERP, CRM, or Cloud solutions (Dynamics 365 & Azure preferred).
• Experience managing multi-platform projects.
• Strong communication with senior management & customers/vendors.
• Strong business knowledge and people management skills.
• Experience with project management principles, practices, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Proven success leading projects with diverse teams (up to 20+).

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• PMP certification.
• Azure DevOps experience.
• CSM certification a plus.
